login error

hello frinds
i have some problem and i hope if some one can help me to fix it
im using soacs v 40 server files
when i try to run login's file
it give me error (load version list fail!!)
and when i change the compatiblity to win xp(service pack 2) its run without errors

but another error come's

after type id/pw
error
Faild logging into the login server server . (10061)

hope if i can get help as soon as its possbile
