Guys,Someone know how make rebirth skin?

Hi guys,I'm playing 1351.

And 1351 can't make rebirth.

so I'm trying about make rebirth skin.(weapon)

How make them? Is there exist program?

firstly you need DXT EDITOR you can download here. When you download this app. You can open .dxt files. Items in ITEM folder and you will see items .dxt there. When you open .dxt files with dxt editor Save Dxt as BMP go edit with photoshop when your edit done open dxt editor again and Save BMP as DXT thats all
