Quesion about 1886

i have many question about this version, the first is, how i can work the chaotic machine, and how i can make for create a npc for give items, like a quest, in old version that is posible when you edit the .evt files, but in this version idk how i can made work.



I have other question too, about the party board, i see all rows full with chinese words, i search but i dont find a solution.



Please help me.
